Salary from 870 to 1200 € netto
Candidates are invited to the Adient factory (Kysucká 537/3, 010 01 Žilina). Clean, environmentally friendly production. Heating and air conditioning. Residence permit card at the expense of the employer. Full social package.
REQUIREMENTS: height from 165 cm (otherwise they do not reach the equipment) technically and physically prepared, willingness to work overtime, discipline, good eyesight, lack of color blindness, sobriety, attendance, readiness for three-shift work.
Experience Required: Basic wrench skills – fit the nut/bolt to size and turn. Lack of coordination disorders, hand shaking, etc. Good vision, no color blindness. Checked for testing. You can take the vision test HERE.
Responsibilities: The employee performs individual operations on the line in accordance with the CCI and control regulations at the required pace, monitors the quality of work, based on training, follows the orders of the foreman and shift supervisor, observes safety and fire safety rules, uses working time efficiently, follows the order and cleanliness at the workplace, adheres to the principles of separate waste collection, controls the quality of work performed in accordance with the access control regime, checks the condition of the entrusted tools and devices for the production of products and is responsible for their proper acceptance and delivery.
Working hours: 3 shifts. Ability to work overtime.
Vacation: 20-25 days
SALARY: Base salary: €4.58/hour + team bonus up to 10%, +personal assessment up to 20%, +attendance bonus up to €85
Net salary at the start: from 870-890 € net (including food vouchers 90 €/month) + bonuses. Overtime pay is higher.
Base salary after 3 months of work increases: on average 890-1200 € per hand
Bonuses: +1.432 euros for night work +1.79 euros for risk, +1.79 euros on Saturday, +3.58 euros on Sunday, overtime work on weekends +50%, holidays +100%
13th salary
Advances: 30 euros per week until the first salary
Payment date: 15th of each month
WORK CLOTHING: Provided by the employer (shoes, overalls, sweatshirt, gloves, etc.)
Transport: provided by the employer
Accommodation: accommodation in Zilina and surroundings for FREE
Meals: Provided by the employer. 90 €/month food vouchers (can be purchased in canteens and supermarkets)
The representative of the employer from the Slovak side will provide accommodation, full coordination at the testing at the factory, as well as in the foreign police and pay all visa fees in Slovakia. Eurojob does not take any money from applicants.
