Salary from 850+ € netto
We invite construction specialists (STONE LAYING, PLASTERING, CONCRETE WORKS, FINISHING, etc.), as well as unskilled assistants to work in Bulgaria.
Fully official employment. Contract for 1 year.
Duties: Full cycle of construction works (Foundation, bricklaying, plastering, tiling, painting, finishing works)
Requirements: No health problems, no bad habits, punctuality. Willingness to work overtime. Knowledge of English from B1. Experience will be an advantage.
Schedule: 5-6 days a week, shifts of 8-10 hours. Schedules vary in accordance with the objects, deadlines, etc.
Salary: from 850 € net. Weekends, holidays, and overtime (more than 8-10 hours) are paid at an additional rate. The payment for the work of specialists (welders, electricians, masons, plasterers, reinforcement workers, tilers, roofers, plumbers, etc.) is higher and is discussed individually.
Accommodation: provided free of charge or maximum 50 euros per month
Meals: at the expense of the employee
Additional: Transportation to and from work is provided, or accommodation on site in modular houses. Work clothes and tools are provided. Shoes are not provided.
