Requirements: Ability to do manual work, ability to learn. It is not necessary, but it will be an advantage: technical education, experience in automated production. Diligence. Punctuality.
Absence of coordination problems and serious health problems. Responsibility, absence of absenteeism, sobriety at the workplace. Desire to grow career. Willingness to work in night shifts.
Responsibilities: Depending on the production line: manipulation of parts and components. Loading components, placing components/parts on the line for automatic processing. Production/processing control and management. Quality control. Removal from the line, packaging, labeling, equipment maintenance, etc.
Payment: Basic gross rate from €890/month at the start + bonuses and allowances. Grows with the acquisition of new functions and lines.
Bonuses: €40 attendance bonus
10% production premium.
25€ for overtime work + All hourly bonuses for overtime, weekends and holidays are provided for by Slovak labor legislation.
2 food vouchers for the night shift. Hot lunch in the factory canteen + 1 voucher for a day shift.
The average salary is €1,000 net. The opportunity to grow in a career and earn more due to overtime and/or mastering broader skills, different lines, etc.
Schedule: 4 shifts of 12 hours: 2 days early shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 2 days night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., 4 days off.
