Z o. o. was founded in 2013 as a result of the transformation of LCM LOGISTIC CONSTRUCTIONS MONTAGE, which operates in the field of warehouse construction and logistics centers in Poland, Belgium and France. We have many professional and specialized assembly teams capable of solving any task in the field of assembly, disassembly and reconstruction of warehouses. We also perform comprehensive maintenance, technical inspection of warehouses and other tasks.
ATTENTION! We are interested in ambitious people who look further than 3 months ahead, want to grow their careers and master a new profession. Therefore, we are ready to hire men and women without experience and train them.
Requirements: Experience is not required, but is welcome and paid accordingly. Newcomers start as assistants, starting with the minimum wage. A category B driver’s license and the ability to read drawings are welcome.
Functional responsibilities:
– performing bolted connections of structural elements with wrenches and power tools,
– drilling holes in the floor for anchors with perforators,
– Assembling shelves, floors, nets, racks, etc. using wrenches or power tools,
– Sometimes cutting, grinding.
– after obtaining the UDT qualification, performing the above-mentioned assembly activities using equipment in accordance with the obtained UDT qualification.
Salary: the starting wage for employees without experience (trainees) starts from PLN 14 in Poland and EUR 5 net outside Poland. The wages increase as new employees gain skills and experience: up to approximately PLN 20 in Poland and EUR 10 outside Poland. Experienced and independent workers earn 2000 euros net and above.
From the first month of work, bonuses are provided based on the results of work and at the decision of the foreman.
Supplements and bonuses:
+1.5 PLN/hour for those who have received a UDT license for forklifts;
+1.5 PLN/hour for those who have received a UDT license for lifts.
The company helps in organizing the obtaining of licenses – training, materials and an exam in Ukrainian or with an interpreter.
It is recommended to take courses after 1-2 months of work. The cost of obtaining each UDT license is about 800 PLN. These are employee expenses, since the rights remain with the employee forever. Installment payments for training are allowed.
Working conditions, accommodation, travel:
Working schedule: from 7:00 to 18:00, including one hour of break (about 250-260 working hours per month). Work from Monday to Saturday.
Housing is provided by the employer for FREE: Rooms for 2-6 people. We always try to find housing with a kitchen, refrigerator, wifi and all necessary amenities. Conditions may depend on the location of the facility and the availability of suitable housing in the region.
Overalls, tools, transportation from the hotel to assembly and back, transfers between facilities are paid by the company.
