Welding and grinding of metal elements in Poland

Location: Palmiry (near Warsaw). Produkcja Elektronika AGD (Manufacturing of refrigeration products).

Functional responsibilities: TIG welding, welding of thin sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2 mm, grinding of metal products.

Salary:

Welder: 17-18 PLN/hour net ($1200-1300/month). For candidates with welding experience, there is a possibility of increasing the rate.
Grinder: 15.50-16.50 PLN/hour net.
Bonuses: depend on attendance and output, up to 400 PLN + 100(200) PLN for overtime work.
Work on Saturday and Sunday: +100%.

Working conditions:

Work in two shifts of 8-10 hours per day, with the possibility of working 8 hours on Saturday (240-260 hours per month);
Accommodation in rented apartments (200 PLN/month from salary). Accommodation in a 4★ hotel, in comfortable conditions (couples live separately);
Work clothes are provided;
Free medical examination;
Instruction on safety at the workplace;
Support coordinators.

We are looking for: couples and men, women with experience in TIG or MIG electric welding and a desire to train as a welder.

Additional information: Training of employees is carried out, all processes are automated, work without harmful conditions and odors.
