Personal Data Processing Policy

General Provisions

This personal data processing policy is compiled following the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Eurojob (hereinafter – the Operator).

The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to inviolability of private life, personal and family secrets.

This Operator’s personal data processing policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://eurojob.ua.

Basic Concepts Used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer equipment;

Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://eurojob.ua;

Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases, and ensuring their processing of information technologies and technical means;

Depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the affiliation of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual who, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://eurojob.ua;

User – any visitor to the website https://eurojob.ua;

Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;

Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including the publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or granting access to personal data in any other way;

Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a government authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data is irretrievably destroyed, with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

* Full name;
* Email address;
* Phone numbers;
* Year, month, date and place of birth;
* Photographs;
* Resumes and other employment data;

Also, the site collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, and others).

The data listed above are collectively referred to as Personal Data in the text of the Policy.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website; processing resumes and adding them to the database of candidates.

The Operator also has the right to send the User messages about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending the Operator a letter to the email address ej@eurojob.ua with the subject line “Refusal to receive messages about new products and services and special offers”.

Anonymized user data collected through Internet statistics services is used to collect information about user activity on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://eurojob.ua. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.

The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (saving “cookie” files and using JavaScript technology is enabled).

Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable law in the field of personal data protection.

The Operator ensures the preservation of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.

If inaccuracies are found in personal data, the User can update them independently by submitting a corresponding message to the Operator at the Operator’s email address ej@eurojob.ua with the subject line “Personal Data Update”.

The term of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a message via email to the Operator’s email address ej@eurojob.ua with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.

Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before carrying out cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state, to the territory of which it is intended to transfer personal data, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is consent in writing from the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

The User can obtain any clarifications on questions related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at ej@eurojob.ua.

Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
