The LEONI electrical products plant in Romania is looking for women, men, families! LEONI is a global supplier of products and resources for energy and data management in the automotive and other industries.

Location: Pitesti (100 km from Bucharest), Arad or Bistrita in Romania
Position: Installation Operator
Job description: Reading and following work instructions. Inserting wires into the block/connector. Tying the wire. Attaching clamps to the branches. Compliance with quality standards and requirements
Requirements: Responsibility and team spirit, willingness to work in shifts, willingness to learn
Work experience is not required – training is conducted on site (probationary period 90 days)
Schedule: 2 or 3 shifts depending on the project. An individual approach to planning shifts is possible for those with children. Negotiations are currently underway with local authorities on integration into the education system (nursery, kindergarten, school)
Working hours: 40 hours per week + possible overtime. There are breaks
Salary:
Monthly rate 2550 RON gross/month – 1524 RON net/month + overtime and bonuses (see below)
In US dollars: 560€ gross/month – 340 € net/month + overtime and bonuses (see below)
Salary net 600-650€ + meal card 85-90€
Total, on average at the start on hand, net: from 680-750 € per month. After training (3 months) 800-1100 € with good productivity.
Bonuses:
Attendance bonus 100 RON net/month. 22 € net/month.
Productivity bonus: from the 3rd month: 100 RON net/month. 22 € net/month.
Overtime: +200% additional hours
+25% night shifts
Annual bonuses: Easter, holiday, Christmas bonuses (proportionally divided per year, during the working period – 2550 RON gross 560 € gross, total amount for the whole year 25% + 25% + 50%)

Bonuses and overtime: For productivity – after the 1st month for 100% achievement of indicators: 385 RON net/month. 85 € net/month.
Overtime: + 175% additional hours
+30% night shifts
Annual bonuses: Easter and Christmas bonus – 300 RON net/67 € net (150 RON net/33.5 € net for each holiday);
Health insurance Medical subscription for employees and families at the Laser clinic in Arad
Total, on average at the start on hands, net: from 680-750 € per month. After training (3 months) 800-1100 € with good productivity.
Paid vacation 20 days of vacation / year
Additional holidays: 16 holidays
Meals: 2 meals a day
Accommodation: free. Accommodation type: boarding house in the city or outside it, depending on availability
