Requirements: manual dexterity, reliability, accuracy, desire to work and earn money, willingness to work night shifts. No experience required, but would be an advantage.
Responsibilities: simple manual labor on Thermoplastic machines in three shifts: picking, checking and packaging auto components. Physically light work, mostly sitting, working hours 7.5 hours in 3 shifts with the possibility of overtime work.
Salary: Gross rate (increases after a 3-month probationary period) 700-890 €/month. + bonuses and premiums for overtime, night shifts, work on weekends and holidays in accordance with Slovak labor legislation + bonuses, see below:

On average, net salary (including food vouchers) starts from 750 €/month. during a probationary period and from 820 €/month. with constant growth as seniority and productivity increase, after a probationary period.
Meals: +78.12 €/month. the plant pays for a “Gastro card” (analogous to food vouchers) – you can use it to pay for grocery purchases, food delivery, etc. The factory has a kitchen with refrigerators and microwave ovens. You can bring your own food or order delivery. Lunch break 30 minutes. Free hot and cold drinks at the factory.
