A large Lithuanian agricultural company invites you to a highly-paid job at its meat processing plants. Official employment (indefinite employment contract), full benefits package, career opportunities.
Location: Kėdainiai, Lithuania
Requirements: Good physical health (no problems with the musculoskeletal system, hernias, etc.), physical endurance. Experience is not required but is an advantage.
Responsibilities: Boning (more suitable for men): Separates meat, fat and connective tissue from bones. Cutting bone with a stationary electric saw. Quartering. Working with a knife on a conveyor or table.
Meat trimmer (more suitable for women): Working with a knife on a conveyor or table. Separating and sorting veins and fat from meat. Shish kebab cutting.
Salary: During training (adaptation), which lasts 1.5 months, the Boner is paid 4.37 €/hour in the first 2 weeks, and then 5.26 €/hour for 1 month (net)
For the Meat trimmer – in the first 2 weeks – 3.75 €/hour and then 1 month – 4.34 €/hour (net)
At the end of the training period, the employee is paid a salary for the work performed individually in accordance with the established prices for cutting and grinding raw materials (productivity categories). The salary constantly increases with the increase in category.
Total AVERAGE per month:
Boners – 1200-1500 € (net) (depending on the category received);
Meat trimmers – 800-1100 € (net) (depending on the category received).
There is an opportunity to work overtime and earn more.
Schedule: Two shifts in the pork workshop: 2 mornings 06.00 – 15.00 and 2 evenings 15.00 – 24.00, 2 days off
Beef workshop: 08:00-17:00, 5 days a week
There is an opportunity to take on additional shifts.
Accommodation: Free of charge in the plant’s dormitory with all amenities.
Meals: Full meals in the plant canteen. 0.5 € is deducted from the salary, the rest is paid by the company.
Additionally: Transport to work is free. Work clothes are provided free of charge.
