The plant for the production of interior trim for premium brands Mercedes, BMW, Opel, etc. located in Námestovo invites you to work. The plant is equipped with modern assembly lines with a high level of automation and robotization. Completely official, registration entirely at the expense of the employer.
Requirements: No problems with coordination of movements and serious health problems. Responsibility, absence of absenteeism, sobriety in the workplace. Desire to grow in your career. Willingness to work night shifts.
Responsibilities: performing such operations as inserting plastic parts into the machine, installing small parts – screwing with a screwdriver and screwdriver, connecting, pressing, gluing leather trim elements. Manual installation of armrest trim using a glue gun and pressing devices, etc. The job is suitable for women.
Salary: from 5.21 €/hour for production operators at the start without experience (the rate increases with experience and productivity growth) + bonuses (see below)
from 5.52 €/hour after 6 months of work + bonuses (see below)
Bonuses:
Day shift + 0.13€/hour
Night shift + 1.70€/hour
Attendance bonus +0.30€/hour
Productivity bonus +0.10€/hour for the first 3 months, then +0.20€/hour
Saturday +2.00€/hour
Sunday +4.00€/hour
Holiday + 100%
Thus, the basic salary NETTO (in hand without overtime) from € 710-740 at the start + bonuses and from € 770 (after 6 months), + approximately € 200 net in overtime
Total net salary is on average: from € 850-1150 including overtime
Schedule: Work 2 or 4 shifts of 8-12 hours (overtime) with constant rotation (most often 2 days morning, 2 days afternoon, 2 days night, 2 days weekend). Therefore, the requirement is the willingness to work at night and in multiple shifts. There is no guarantee that married couples will always have the same shifts. Couples are asked to take this into account.
Accommodation: For persons with Temporary Protection Status (Odidenec), housing is fully compensated by the state. Others – compensation of € 100/month net.
Meals: Full hot meals in the factory canteen, open 24 hours a day. Fee for meals € 4.07 per shift. The employer pays €3.07 and €1 is deducted from the salary.
