Trnava car manufacturer Stellantis Slovakia (PSA Slovakia, s.r.o.) invites you to work! The plant is a leader in the production of small cars in the B-mainstream segment. It currently produces the hugely popular Citroen C3, Peugeot 208, and its all-electric version the e-208, and is preparing to launch a new production program.
Since the creation of the automobile company, more than 4 million cars have rolled off its assembly lines.

No work experience required – on-the-job training
(Previous experience in a similar position is not required, but is welcome.)
Departure from Ukraine with a biometric passport with subsequent free application for a residence permit in Slovakia.
Before going to work, every candidate must have travel insurance
Only legal employment with the signing of an employment contract. (Certificate of residence for the purpose of employment)

Responsibilities: Production of new cars – assembly of cable assemblies, chassis and interior, assembly work – diagnostics and testing of cars after their completion (see video below)

Requirements: Responsibility, absence of absenteeism, sobriety, reliability, learning and desire to develop, health, biometric passport, education is not important.

Salary: from EUR 930/month gross/(excluding taxes), this amount also includes additional payments for shift work, according to the law additional payment for working the afternoon shift: 0.30 EUR/hour, and for working in the night shift: 1.2 euros/hour. + Bonuses

Bonuses: monthly evaluations from the master for the quality of work, group evaluation, individual evaluation, execution of the plan, attendance, work on weekends and holidays, 13th salary, etc.

The salary depends on the individual employee.

(Possibility of overtime work: Overtime hours are not paid immediately in the salary, but they can be used as a paid day off (after agreeing the day off with the master in advance)

Work schedule: Work in 3 shifts every week (6:00 – 14:00 in the morning, 14:00 – 22:00 in the afternoon, 22:00 – 6:00 night shift)

Overtime is available but depends on client/customer requirements/plan execution, overtime is usually 2 to 4 hours longer or morning shift also works on Saturdays. All forms of overtime are voluntary, that is, the employee creates his own overtime or agrees to his management/shift manager, who can stay at work at the required time or day.

Accommodation: dormitory (comfortable rooms for 3 people, married couples live separately)
Accommodation in the dormitory before going to work is paid by each candidate independently.
The average cost of living in a hostel is up to 200 euros/month.

Meals: Meals are provided in the canteen directly at the plant with a hot and varied menu every day.
The menu costs up to 8 euros on average. From this amount, the employee pays EUR 1.10-2.00 from the salary, the rest is paid by the employer
