A Lithuanian diversified agricultural company invites you to work in a confectionery shop. Direct official employment with ŽŪB Sparnai, full benefits package.
Location: Zarasai, Lithuania
Responsibilities: Working with dough, making traditional Lithuanian flatbreads and other delicacies, packaging, storing, maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
Requirements: No health or musculoskeletal problems, ability to train, willingness to work a 12-hour shift. Willingness for manual labor. Experience is not required but will be an advantage. We will teach you everything. Training for about a week.
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, 3 days off.
Salary: Basic minimum salary € 635 net + allowances and performance bonuses. The average salary for workers is € 1000-1300 net. There is an opportunity to earn even more by taking on extra time and increasing productivity. But productivity should not come at the expense of quality – there are fines for defects.
Bonuses: paid for productivity per kilogram of product. Work on holidays is paid double. Allowances in accordance with the Lithuanian Labor Code.
Housing: Free with all amenities close to production.
