Rohlik warehouses in the Czech Republic are inviting applications. Fully official employment with a full social package and corporate privileges.
Location: Prague, Brno, Hrascany (near Prague)
Requirements: no health problems or bad habits. Punctuality. Experience is not required but will be an advantage. Willingness to work night shifts.
Description: Collection of goods according to the invoice. Working with a hand-held scanner, the screen of which displays the name of the product that needs to be scanned, taken to the cart and transferred further. Work according to standards, training provided. The first 7 days are paid hourly, after which the rules come into force. For failure to comply with the norm, hours can be removed (up to -2 hours per day), but this can be avoided by fulfilling 90% of the norm. The work is not physically difficult, but requires a lot of walking. The warehouse has warm and cold sectors (temperature is about 9-10 degrees).
Schedule: Warehouse Prague 6: 02:30-12:00; 04:30-16:00; 10:30-18:00; 13:00-21:45
Warehouse Prague 20: 03:00-11:30; 03:00-14:00; 10:30-20:00; 13:30-22:00
Warehouse Brno: 03:00-12:15; 04:00-15:00; 12:00-22:00
Payment: • For workers with 3-month work visas and temporary protection visas:
165 CZK per hour for the first 150 hours worked.
170 CZK per hour after 150 hours worked.
180 CZK per hour after 2000 hours worked.
• For employees with long-term documents:
185 CZK per hour (first month – while there is a change of employer).
170 CZK per hour after 150 hours worked.
180 CZK per hour after 2000 hours worked.
In total, the average salary is 1000 € and more net after deductions for housing and taxes.
As productivity increases, wages rise. Weekly advances are possible.
Accommodation: Accommodation is available for an additional fee in rooms for 2-3 people for 5000 CZK per month. The couple lives separately. The payment is deducted from your salary.
Additionally: Free transportation to work by company bus. The dress code is free; a reflective vest is provided free of charge. The warehouse requires special work shoes with hard toes. You can purchase it yourself or the company will provide it for 800 CZK, and these funds will be deducted from your salary.
