The NOTINO warehouse in the Czech Republic is hiring. Fully official employment with a full social package and corporate privileges.
Location: Rajhrad town – 20 minutes from Brno.
Requirements: absence of health problems and bad habits. Punctuality. Experience is not required, but would be an advantage.
Description: Collection of goods by invoice. Work with a manual scanner, on the screen the name of the product that needs to be scanned, put in the basket, and packed is displayed. Work according to standards, the opportunity to study for 4 days is provided.
Schedule: 8-10-12 hours (220-240 hours per month). 5-6 days a week.
Morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and lunch shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
A break of half an hour every day at the same time for shifts.
Payment:
Payment depends on the fulfillment of the norm (plan):
80% of the norm of 150 crowns per hour
90% of the norm of 160 crowns per hour
100% of the norm of 170 crowns per hour
110% of the norm of 180 crowns per hour
90% of employees comply with the standards.
In total, the average salary is €900-1000 and higher net after deductions for housing and taxes.
As productivity increases, the salary increases. Weekly advances are possible.
Accommodation: Accommodation is provided for an additional fee in rooms for 2-3 people for 6000 kroner per month. Couples live separately. The payment is deducted from the salary.
Additionally: Travel to work free of charge by company bus. Form of clothing: Branded T-shirts are provided. Pants should be sporty, without pockets, inscriptions and metal details. The warehouse requires special work shoes with hard toes. You can purchase it yourself or the company will provide it for 800 crowns, and these funds will be deducted from your salary.
